I've decided to post my meal plans for the next little while mainly for my own purposes. However, you may get some fresh ideas and be reminded of something you enjoy but haven't had for a while. It's always fun to find out what other people eat; it challenges you to branch out and either try new recipes or bring back something you haven't had in a while.
Monday: Cheesy corn chowder soup; tomato and cheese melts
Tuesday: Chicken caesar salad; focaccia bread
Wednesday: Beef stew; fresh bread
Thursday: Roast chicken; roasted carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic
Friday: Away (eat out)
Saturday: Away (eat out)
Sunday: Pita pizzas; raw veggies and dip
Monday: Minestrone soup; egg salad sandwiches
