Meal Plan (February 16-21)

Meal plan for the week...

Wednesday: Pasta Primavera

Thursday: Chicken Broccoli Bake; rice; tossed salad

Friday: Chicken Fingers; fries; raw veggies and dip (Avery's request)

Saturday: Tacos; Nachos with guacamole; tossed salad

Sunday: Away

Monday (Family Day): Baked fish, rice pilaf; roasted caulifower; zucchini and peppers; chocolate cake with ice cream (thanks to my mom)

With it being "family day" on Monday, we're spending the day with family. We hope to do some outdoor activities (weather permitting) in the afternoon and then have supper together. Do you have any special plans for the long weekend? If nothing else, we can all take a moment to give thanks for our families.
