Here's my meal plan for the week. I'll be glad when the warmer temperatures arrive. Winter cooking/eating is getting old. I'm ready to fire up the grill again!
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Salad; Focaccia Bread
Wednesday: Lasagna; Tossed Salad; French Bread; Cherry Tarts with Whipped Cream
Thursday: Baked Fish; Rice Pilaf; Pepper and Zucchini
Friday: Dinner Out (Me and James... Yes!)
Saturday: Gypsy Soup; Tomato/Cheese Melts
Sunday: Sandwiches (and leftover soup)
Monday: Roast Chicken with Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions
