Thursday: Chili; Buns

Friday: Pasta; Fresh Tomato Sauce; Caesar Salad 

Saturday: Grab It! (You have to do this once in a while.)

Sunday: Omelets; Pancakes; Orange Wedges

Monday: Baked Fish; Rice Pilaf; Zucchini & Peppers; Broccoli & Cheese Sauce
