Meal Plan (May 3-6)

Here's what we're eating over the next few days, and then James and I are off to Victoria, BC! I'll have a break from cooking for a little while, but more importantly, my man and I will enjoy some together time. 



Tuesday: Baked Fish, Rice Pilaf, Zucchini & Peppers (I didn't get around to making this last week.)

Wednesday: BBQ Beef Kabobs, Grilled Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Cheese Sauce

Thursday: Butter Chicken, Rice, Potato & Spinach Curry, Nan Bread

Friday: Vegetable Fajitas, Nachos with Guacamole
